After School Club

Bootcamp Squad offer a school fitness club for children in years 2-6. The club will develop fitness from whatever base point children are at, it is fun, promotes self-esteem and self-confidence, therefore empowering children’s overall wellbeing.

There is a range of fitness drills, circuits, team games and much more to keep it lively and engaging whilst working on all 10 physical fitness skills

Combining these skills together with consistency creates massive progression and boosts performance taking kids fitness to the next level.

Children are put through their paces with technique being paramount to perform safe functional movements. Weights used are age, strength and skill appropriate.

With mental health awareness at the forefront of our minds getting kids to challenge themselves through fitness and fun helps combat self-esteem, self-confidence, shyness, anxieties, anger,weight management and any other health issues that may be affecting their daily lives.

Bootcamp Squad after school club coaches children to be the best version of themselves, creating powerful little ninjas of their own minds and bodies.
