Calling all Kids aged 5-16
Our aim is to get kids fit whilst having fun.
We have programmed our Bootcamp to enhance an individuals performance at ALL physical fitness levels incorporating the 10 main physical fitness skills.
We train them to develop their:
Combining these skills together with consistency creates massive progression and boosts performance taking kids fitness to the next level.
Children are put through their paces with technique being paramount to perform safe functional movements.
Weights used are age, strength and skill appropriate
Getting kids to challenge themselves through fitness and fun helps combat self esteem, self confidence, shyness, anxieties, anger, weight management and any other health issues that may be affecting their daily lives, helping them to be the best version of themselves.
