Sports Team Training

Bootcamp squad work with sports teams and would like to come and train your team as part of your practise sessions.

We have been training sports teams with great success to ‘shake up’ their training to give them that added flair needed to make them the best of the best.
We have programmed our Bootcamp to enhance any teams performance at ALL physical fitness levels incorporating the 10 main physical fitness skills.

Getting kids to challenge themselves through fitness and fun helps combat self esteem, self confidence, shyness, anxieties, anger and other health issues that may be affecting their daily lives, helping them to be the best version of themselves. Coming together and training Bootcamp Squad style is the way forward for sports teams to achieve their maximum potential and overall goals.

We are building team spirit as a whole, morale in the team is essential!

Our bootcamp is fun and scaled to meet individuals needs, ages and if any injuries.
